About the team
User experience is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. Our design teams include Product designers, researchers, and product managers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities.
Role And Responsibilities
Write & edit copy for all in-app scenarios which includes user navigation, informational, instructional & error messages and other areas that form part of the end-to-end user experience
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Legal & Research Teams to ensure all the In-app content is flawless, uniform and concise
Define a unique & eye-catching content design that sets Line apart from other consumer applications
Continuously research on new trends and leverage data to ensure a great user experience
Help define the role of content in user journeys across a rapidly evolving product
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience on user-focused product writing including work in hardware, software, digital agency, or other relevant product area.
Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
Should have work experience in copywriting, content design & content strategy
Non-linear thinking and problem solving skills
Background in UX writing and working on B2C Mobile Applications
Ability to process complex information and convert into succinct copy
